How do I schedule an appointment if I want to pay with a gift card?

First of all, if you have a bāsalt bodywork gift card, THANK YOU!–we appreciate your decision to redeem it.

To schedule your appointment:

  1. TEXTGIFT” + “All digits” of card to (609) 402-6260 between 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  2. RECEIVE CALL-BACK from bāsalt to schedule your appointment

(call-back will be as soon as possible & within the same day.)

what if i have a gift card, but I am unable to make an appointment?

We understand–especially now–that there are many reasons why people are unable to utilize their bāsalt gift cards for massage.

Some of the reasons include:

  • It is the first phase of bāsalt’s re-opening process and appointments are limited to local clientele only.
  • You may not feel comfortable coming in for a massage because you are trying to social distance as much as you can.
  • You may be feeling ill and understand that you wouldn’t pass the mandatory pre-appointment screening process.
  • You appreciate the gift card, but you have another massage therapist that you prefer.

If any of these situations apply, you have the following options:

  1. HANG ON TO THE GIFTCARD until a later date.
  2. RE-GIFT THE CARD to someone who is able to use it.
  3. SHOP!! Use the gift card to purchase merchandise available online.
